What a compatibility score can and cannot tell you
Ten questions cannot predict a relationship, and any tool claiming otherwise is selling certainty it does not have. What answers like these do show is where two people's default settings differ — on conflict, closeness, and pace — which is where most avoidable friction actually starts.
Difference is not incompatibility
Needing more alone time than your partner is not a problem in itself; it becomes one when neither of you has said so out loud and both read the gap as rejection. Named early, most of these differences are logistics. Left unnamed, they become the recurring argument.
Conflict timing is the most common mismatch
One person wants it resolved before sleeping; the other needs hours before they can talk without escalating. Both are reasonable and they collide badly in the moment. Agreeing in advance on a pause with a specific time to resume defuses more rows than any technique used mid-argument.
Use the opening line, not just the result
The result ends with one conversation worth having and the actual words to start it, phrased so the other person can answer rather than defend. That is the part that changes anything. A screenshot of a percentage is fun; the conversation is what the questions were for.
